With the advancement of wireless communication technology, the network scale and user base of domestic wireless communication operators have witnessed rapid growth, accompanied by a substantial increase in the number of base stations. The resource censuses conducted by operators in various regions on an annual or semi-annual basis demand significant investments of time, manpower, financial, and material resources, while also elevating the risk factor associated with work at heights. Traditional resource censuses primarily rely on manual measurement, recording, aggregation, and data entry, with data management remaining in the primitive paper-based stage. This approach is fraught with drawbacks such as inaccurate measurements, susceptibility to errors, and limited controllability.
